With the current pandemic sweeping the globe, I have chosen to upload a variety of my movement based classes here. I find myself needing a dynamic range in activities each day to manage my stress levels in this wild moment in our history. I'm sharing these videos in hopes to help others who may be feeling similarly. I'm also used to teaching seven days a week so I'm using this in some way to acclimate to a new normal.
My goal is to generate a lot of material in a short amount of time so there are likely spelling errors, I'll say weird things that I'm not going to take the time to edit out, and my cat will inevitably interrupt. But in the midst of all that, I hope you can find something through the audio, video, and PDF resources that help you move through this uncertain time.
