A Mat-Based Somatic Movement Practice for Midday Reset

soMATics is a mat-based movement practice designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and restore balance to your nervous system. Rooted in somatic principles, this class invites you to slow down, sense deeply, and move with intention — offering a mindful midday reset.

Each class begins with a verbal check-in and guided breathwork, followed by gentle floor-based movement sequences that awaken the joints, muscles, and fascia. Movements draw inspiration from developmental sequencing and somatic education methods including BodyMind Dancing™ and Dynamic Embodiment®. Class concludes with a restorative cool-down and reflection.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
